Experience & Coaching Focus

Dana nearly 20 years of experience consulting and coaching in some of the largest organizations in North America, across a wide variety of industries. She has extensive experience working with individual executives and senior leadership teams (CEO, EVP, and VP) to enhance their personal performance and team effectiveness, allowing them to meet strategic objectives, enact effective change in their organizations, and resolve their most pressing leadership issues. Dana also works with organizations to accelerate their high-potential talent (individuals and cohorts), specifically emerging leaders, leaders transitioning into new roles, and leaders identified as part of succession planning.

Some Personal Insights

Dana is a passionate lifelong learner. You will often find her reading or listening to a podcast on the latest leadership, team, or organizational psychology topics. She believes so deeply in growing and evolving that she went back to school (part-time while working) to more formally deepen her knowledge in this field. In May 2024, she graduated with her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Harvard. Dana continuously evolves her practice and approach to coaching and leverages science-backed strategies and theories in her work with clients. Outside of work, Dana is also a wife and mother to three very active children.
